Cancellation Policy

At Brow Society, your time is valuable and so is ours.
Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:

24 Hour Notice Required

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
This gives us time to offer the slot to another client.

Brow Society understands that things can come up last minute outside of our control.
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to make any last minute changes.

If you are sick or unwell, I ask that you please reschedule your appoitnment.

Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are transferrable if you provide 24+ hours notice for any changes made.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, your deposit becomes non transferrable and will be forfeited.
  

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without contacting us:

• Your deposit will be forfeited.

• You may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
