By booking with Brow Society, you agree to the following terms:

Payments

• Deposits are required to confirm bookings.

• Final payment is due on the day of your appointment.

• Payment options include Eftpos or AfterPay.

Punctuality

• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or may need to be rescheduled.

• Please refrain from bringing any guests to your appointment. Working from home, I unfortunately do not have the space to accommodate to any guests.
  

  Consultation & Skin Information

• Please inform us of any allergies, medications, or skin conditions prior to your appointment.

• Some services require a patch test 24–48 hours in advance for your safety.
  

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• You are consistently late, rescheduling last minute or miss multiple appointments.

• You are disrespectful or display inappropriate behaviour.

Privacy

Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for bookings, consultations and Brow Society marketing. You can opt out at any time.
